How can parents escape from recurrent poverty?
This study explores why disadvantaged parents move into poverty and identifies the specific barriers to them escaping the cycle of low pay/no pay or recurrent poverty. It draws on information from interviews with parents and focus groups with professionals, plus some analysis of an existing large survey.
